Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with residents and families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a positive living environment.
  • Support residents' dining needs with Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions in residents' best interest.
  • High school diploma/GED required, previous senior care experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
