Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop relationships with residents and their families, understanding their unique preferences and personalities.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate good judgment.
• High School diploma/GED; previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
