Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Monitor residents' condition and recommend adjustments in care level.
- Engage residents in life-enriching activities and ensure their well-being and safety.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and adhere to safety regulations.
- Provide dining assistance while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
