Job Description

Join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a Caregiver and make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and personalized services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to understand their individual needs and preferences.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and life enriching activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote community programs.
• Provide dining assistance while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
