As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and happiness.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
