Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide the highest quality of care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Maintain safety, compliance with OSHA requirements, and adherence to community policies.
• Enhance residents' lives through engaging activities and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
