As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to a vibrant and supportive community for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to service standards.
• Support residents in life enriching activities and promote a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest.
