Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' well-being and safety throughout the shift.
• Provide dining assistance while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions in residents' best interests.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills.
