Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and create a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized assistance to residents with daily activities.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
  • Promote a supportive and caring environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary in some states.
  • Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
