Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, creating meaningful relationships and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities.
• Monitor residents' conditions and recommend care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensuring residents' safety.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• High School diploma/GED, previous senior care experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
