Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, developing relationships with residents and their families, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
