Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with residents and families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to management, and participate in care plan development.
• Create engaging and enriching experiences for residents throughout the day.
• Promote safety, compliance, and hospitality standards within the community.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
