Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to a group of seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enriching the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to seniors based on individual needs and preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, recommending appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Promote a safe and enriching environment for residents while maintaining hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with the community team to uphold safety regulations and quality service.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary in some states.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
