Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, the Care Manager plays a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and ensure individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents and families, providing assistance with activities of daily living.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist residents in life skills activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
