Job Description

You will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and ensure individualized care.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with residents and families, providing assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care.
  • Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist residents in life skills activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
