Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver (CHHA/CNA) to join Sunrise Senior Living, where you will have the privilege of brightening the lives of our residents every day. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and create enriching experiences for seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance to a designated group of seniors.
- Monitor and communicate changes in residents' condition to management.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' wellbeing.
- Promote safety, hospitality, and service excellence within the community.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with compassion and excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various duties.
- High school diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary.
- Prior experience with seniors is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
