Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver CNA or HHA to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This rewarding role involves building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Maintain community compliance with safety regulations and promote quality care.
- Engage residents in life enriching activities and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
