Caregiver Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents in our care neighborhoods. You will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services.
• Assist with meal service and coach team members on hospitality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and compliance with company policies.
• Participate in crossover meetings and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Other Responsibilities:

• Administer medications when needed.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to care coordinators.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in senior care is preferred.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
