Job Description:
We are looking for a CDL Driver Class B to join our team at Orica in Macon, NC. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a predictable schedule, with home nightly and work from Monday to Friday. As a CDL Driver Class B, you will be responsible for Mobile Mixing Unit Driving/Operation and performing maintenance tasks on equipment. Your role involves operating plant and equipment to provide blasting products and services to customers, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. This position requires driving and labor duties, including pre-trip inspections, operating vehicles, and handling materials in accordance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving and handling materials, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Class B CDL required, Class A is a plus
- Tanker endorsement preferred
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
