Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide essential care and support to our patients/residents, contributing to their well-being and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a compassionate manner.
- Ensure the highest quality of service delivery to patients/residents and their families.
- Promote a caring and respectful environment that upholds individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language for effective communication.
