Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of Licensed/Registered Nurses, providing essential support to improve the quality of life for our patients/residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities and ensuring personalized care in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the direction of Nurses.
- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to meet individual needs.
- Promote a comfortable and safe environment for patients/residents.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Proficiency in English language to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and medical staff.
- Compassionate and dedicated approach to caregiving.
