Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for a dedicated CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) to join our team at the Elizabethtown Healthcare & Rehab Center. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining patient care records, and supporting the healthcare team in providing quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s.
- Provide oral hygiene care, including denture care and documentation.
- Complete accurate patient care records at the end of the shift.
- Support charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant listed in the DFS registry.
- Compassionate individual willing to care for geriatric patients.
- Ability to follow directions and attend required training sessions.
