Job Description
The Chanticleer Inn Guest Service Specialist position at See Rock City Inc offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a boutique lodging experience atop historic Lookout Mountain. As a Guest Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests and supporting the daily operations of the main guest house.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest service in line with the organization's mission and values.
- Interact with guests on-site, by phone, and via email to provide assistance and information.
- Process transactions, oversee cash-handling procedures, and maintain the main guest house.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property, including the pool and recreational areas.
- Facilitate guest check-ins/check-outs and enforce company policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in lodging, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds and perform various tasks.
Compensation
$13.90 - $13.95 per hour
