Charge Nurse (RN) Med Surg/Tele Full Time Nights

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As part of the Med Surg/Tele unit, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients during night shifts. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care on the Med Surg/Tele unit.
• Earn a bedside differential of $3/hour for bedside RNs.
• Opportunity for sign-on bonus based on experience level.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of one year acute care experience in cardiac telemetry.
• BSN preferred; management experience is a plus.
