Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care to join the LifeBridge Health team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving quality care outcomes within the Acute Care setting. This position requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with CNS certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for the CNS exam. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and hold a Maryland RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification. Experience in Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Function as a resource to nurses and patients to optimize quality care outcomes.
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation and positively influence nursing care.
- Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with CNS certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland RN license required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
