Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Mills, including setup, programming, tooling, and quality verification. Collaboration with CNC Leader, Programmers, Die Makers, and Die Repair team will be essential for the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, programming, and maintenance of CNC equipment.
• Monitor and operate CNC Mills efficiently.
• Analyze blueprints, make calculations, and write/modify programs for optimal efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and waste reduction efforts.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school education with additional courses in drafting and CAD/CAM software.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Working knowledge of OKK mills and MasterCam programming software is a plus.

Working Conditions

The role offers a good working environment with exposure to typical machining conditions. The position involves lifting up to 40 lbs and performing CNC Machinist duties.
