Job Description
We are looking for a CNC Programming Machinist to join Aerotech, Inc. If you are detail-oriented, experienced in precision machining, and ready to contribute to our cutting-edge solutions, this role is for you. As part of our team, you will program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and contribute to our growing success.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines in a precision machine shop setting.
- Produce newly designed parts, select appropriate tools and workholding fixtures, and conduct detailed inspections.
- Utilize precision measurement tools for tight dimensional and form error tolerances.
- Work with automated load/unload equipment for medium or large batches.
- Edit and retrieve CNC programs, calculate controls, and ensure quality production.
Requirements
- Experience programming Mazak CNC machines in Mazatrol.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
- Familiarity with precision part measurement tools and inspection techniques.
- Effective communication and software proficiency.
