Job Description
First Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Collections Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will supervise the Collections staff, ensuring exceptional member service and performance metrics are met. If you have a strong background in collections, supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise call center activity and support Collectors in their daily operations.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance objectives and department goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of collections experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of collection strategies, call center metrics, and core banking systems.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Additional Information
- Location: Sparks, MD 21152
- Full-time, with potential for hybrid schedule after probationary period.
- Competitive yearly salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
