Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR

Anderson Insurance Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting, retaining, and growing commercial lines accounts while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Secure and submit renewal underwriting information
• Renew coverage and remarket existing accounts
• Quote and propose new business opportunities
• Handle customer change requests and cancellations
• Process Certificates of Insurance and report claims to companies
• Advise clients on coverage options and enhancements
• Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role at an independent agency
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems
• Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus
• High School diploma required; additional insurance designations preferred
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license mandatory
