We are currently looking for a dedicated Commercial Pest Control & Route Manager to join Sprague Pest Solutions. As a Route Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pest control and inspection services to commercial clients while building strong professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route, delivering top-quality service to commercial clients.
• Participate in training and certification programs to enhance pest control skills.
• Offer expert guidance to clients, addressing complex pest management issues.
• Ensure timely response to client requests and complaints, exceeding expectations.
• Drive company service vehicle safely and maintain equipment inventory.
• Identify sales opportunities and support branch sales growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Detail-oriented with a hunger for professional development.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in physically demanding or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
