We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our team in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Owners and General Contractors to manage all field roofing personnel and oversee roofing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring project profitability, controlling costs, and adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field roofing personnel and oversee roofing operations.
• Control costs related to roofing operations and ensure project profitability.
• Attend project preconstruction meetings and ensure compliance with project mobilization plans.
• Inspect substrates, ensure installation compliance, and maintain quality control.
• Provide daily reports and maintain project documentation.

• Manage business operations efficiently and professionally.
• Consistently submit required daily documents per job.
