Job Description

Quail Park, a leading memory care facility in West Seattle, is currently looking for a talented Community Relations Director to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in representing our community to both prospective residents and referral sources. This position involves managing all internal and external marketing functions to maintain a positive reputation and exceed occupancy goals.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous marketing experience in a senior housing setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, and/or sales & marketing software.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Essential Functions

Marketing

  • Conduct competitive market analysis and provide reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and community outreach programs.
  • Responsible for community media advertising and maintaining marketing collateral.

Sales Management

  • Achieve or exceed budgeted census goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, and contacts.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to move-ins.

Leadership/Management

  • Provide training on customer service and marketing skills.
  • Maintain department within budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist in other management duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with occasional evenings and weekend rotations.
  • Local travel required for networking and marketing events.
