As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork, maintaining compliance with program requirements, and conducting audits to uphold Indigo's high standards. Responsibilities

• Review and process Tax Credit certification paperwork
• Generate compliance reports and update Yardi software
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tax Credit and affordable housing programs
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems
• 2+ years of compliance-focused property management experience
• High School Diploma, driver's license, and automobile insurance
