Job Description
Protos Security, LLC, the largest technology-enabled security officer management company in the U.S., is seeking an entry-level Compliance Specialist to join the Compliance team. This full-time remote position involves ensuring that all security vendors in the national network maintain necessary insurance, licensing, and documentation. Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify the compliance of security vendors with insurance and licensing requirements.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain and review renewal documents.
- Manage vendor documents across data repositories.
- Work with internal teams on compliance-related issues.
- Participate in vendor onboarding and maintain vendor profiles.
- Contribute to business objectives through compliance support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Undergraduate work preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in compliance or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in data validation and sorting.
