Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to join BCI Construction, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for actively collaborating with the Project Team to define project scope, manage project budgets, coordinate necessary resources, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Direct and collaborate with the Project Team to define project scope and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and coordinate necessary resources throughout project duration.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure profitable agreements within project scope and budget.
- Communicate with key stakeholders regarding project progress, schedule, and budget.
- Develop client relationships aligning with company goals and manage vendor relationships for more opportunities.
- Create and manage project documents including plans, specifications, and change documents.
- Build and manage project schedules ensuring on-time delivery.
- Administer change processes and utilize corporate processes for effective project management.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for project shortfalls or overruns.
- Ensure quality processes are executed throughout the project.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills and a desire for continued growth and development.
- Ability to maintain organization and efficiency in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore.
- Strong knowledge of financial management software and relevant tools.
