Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to join BCI Construction INC. As part of our team, you will lead projects, manage budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Determine project scope and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Team.
  • Manage project budgets and necessary resources throughout the project duration.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and maintain profitable agreements.
  • Communicate consistently with stakeholders regarding project progress, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop client relationships and manage project documents effectively.
  • Build and manage project schedules for on-time delivery.
  • Administer change processes and utilize corporate project management standards.
  • Identify and address project gaps, overruns, and non-compliance issues.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience with project management software such as ProCore.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Familiarity with construction software and financial management tools.
