Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to join Network Management Group. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, overseeing project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion. Your responsibilities will also include preparing project bids, recruiting staff and subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers in the designated market.
• Manage all aspects of projects to meet revenue objectives and budget requirements.
• Prepare RFBs and project bids.
• Recruit new customers and identify bid opportunities.
• Oversee project development from initiation to closure.
• Ensure project results meet established goals.
• Work closely with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to coordinate project details.
• Provide cost estimates, manage billing processes, and communicate schedules to customers.
• Resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage project scope, including change orders and approvals.
• Supervise and coordinate staffing resources and subcontractors.
• Track, report, and share project status updates with customers.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the project team.
• Develop tools, procedures, and best practices for project management.
• Evaluate and assess project outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in management or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of project management experience in a telecommunications setting.
• Operators License, OSHA-10, and PMP Certification preferred.
• Proven problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration skills.
• Effective time management, organizational capabilities, and adherence to project scope, budget, and timelines.
