CONTROLLER

Job Description

Aspire Health Partners is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Controller. In this role, you will oversee all company-wide accounting operations, including financial statement reporting, internal control systems, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5+ years of experience as a Non-Profit Controller, and the ability to maintain high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate accounting functions.
• Consolidate financial data for accurate reporting.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements.
• Provide decision-making support to management.
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and tax compliance.
• Hire, train, and retain accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience as a Non-Profit Controller.
• Ability to maintain ethical and professional standards.
