Job Description
LC Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Engineer to join a reputable company in Montana. If you have excellent communication skills and can analyze project plans effectively, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans
- Prepare material and cost estimates
- Develop relationships with vendors and contractors
- Manage bids and prepare detailed cost analysis
- Present estimates to management
- Record actual costs
- Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Attend site visits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in QB Enterprise, AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
