Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time CT Technologist position at Corewell Health. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams following established procedures to ensure the highest quality images for interpretation. You will also be responsible for patient care, safety, and maintaining equipment and exam rooms.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT scans and related procedures, including IV placement for contrast media.
- Ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment.
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by the ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
