Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CT Technologist to join Corewell Health at our Troy Hospital location. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams following established procedures, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation while prioritizing patient safety and care.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Educate patients and families on procedures.
- Operate CT imaging equipment and perform quality assurance tests.
- Monitor patients during procedures for safety.
- Ensure cleanliness and stocking of exam rooms.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and support teams.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Troy Hospital - Troy, MI.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Shift: Evening.
- Weekly hours: 40, variable schedule.
- Weekend frequency: Every fourth weekend.
