Job Description - CT Technologist
We are looking for a dedicated CT Technologist to join Corewell Health as a full-time team member. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams with precision and care, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation while prioritizing patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT exams using appropriate techniques.
- Operate CT imaging equipment efficiently.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.
- Utilize hospital computer systems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
