Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time CT Technologist to join the Corewell Health team at the Wayne Hospital location. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation while prioritizing patient and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT exams, place IVs for contrast media, and operate imaging equipment.
- Ensure patient safety during procedures and maintain cleanliness and supplies in exam rooms.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
