Job Description

We are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at San Luis Valley Behavioral Health. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, clinical, and administrative staff. This position requires a commitment of 30 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Greet clients, check demographic data, distribute paperwork, and coordinate appointments.
  • Perform data entry for new clients and verify insurance coverage.
  • Handle money transactions, including receiving payments and reconciling cash drawers.
  • Conduct vehicle checkouts and fulfill office coverage duties in assigned locations.
  • Maintain excellent attendance to ensure the success of the role.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Compensation details: $16.5-$22.28 per hour
