Job Description
We are hiring Full and Part-Time year-round Deckhands to join our team in Hingham, MA. As a Deckhand at City Experiences, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to guests, ensuring their safety, and maintaining the cleanliness of our vessels. If you are outgoing, friendly, and ready to work in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests following the RESPECT SERVICE SYSTEM.
- Ensure passenger and vessel safety by following safety procedures and participating in training drills.
- Assist in maintaining vessel equipment and cleanliness of common areas.
- Handle lines, load/unload materials, and service restrooms.
- Work in collaboration with the Captain and supervisory personnel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work without sitting for extended periods.
- Service-oriented with energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident per maritime law.
