Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Year Round Deckhands in Hingham, MA. As a Deckhand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while delivering exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality following the RESPECT SERVICE SYSTEM.
- Ensuring passenger and vessel safety by following established procedures.
- Participate in routine training, safety drills, and maintenance of vessel equipment.
- Assist in mooring vessels, maintaining cleanliness, and handling passenger inquiries.
- Adhere to schedules, appearance standards, and security protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Strong communication skills and service orientation.
- Physical fitness to lift weight, work without sitting, and handle mooring lines.
- Availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- CPR/AED Certification a plus.
