Position Overview
The To-Go specialist plays a vital role in delivering our flexitarian menu and providing top-notch service to our guests. Responsibilities include merchandising, order fulfillment, suggestive selling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding guest service and order accuracy.
- Merchandise and replenish products effectively.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain POS accountabilities.
- Communicate guest requests and work collaboratively with the team.
Brand Delivery
- Adhere to uniform standards and uphold the Silver Diner brand.
- Maintain a positive attitude and cleanliness in the work area at all times.
- Follow SMG scoring standards for service speed and order accuracy.
Additional Duties
Perform assigned tasks as needed and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Performance Measures
- Achieve positive sales growth and guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate accuracy in cash handling and zero errors.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
- Positive, energetic, and organized approach to work.
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
The role involves physical demands such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varied temperature conditions.
