Job Description
Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living, a 'Best Place to Work' award-winner, is currently seeking Student Servers to join our restaurant team. No prior experience is necessary as we provide training. This is a great opportunity for high school students looking to earn solid pay, scholarships, and gain valuable work experience in a diverse and inclusive environment.
What You'll Get:
- Compensation: Pay range of $13.00/hour - $17.50/hour
- Flexible schedules with no late nights, work ends by 8:30 pm

What You'll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and describe menu items
- Ensure prompt food delivery and customer satisfaction
What You'll Need:
- Current high school student or high school diploma/GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
