As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live independently and achieve their goals. This rewarding role involves transportation, community outings, meal preparation, medication assistance, and guidance on various life skills.

Responsibilities

• Transportation and support for community activities and appointments.
• Assistance with daily living skills and meal preparation.
• Support in achieving developmental goals and vocational responsibilities.
• Help with personal hygiene, grooming, and redirection of behaviors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18, with preferential experience in human services.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
• Clear background checks.
