Job Description
Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you will play a critical part in providing support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow, learn, and live well.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting and nutrition.
- Engage participants in community activities and their favorite pastimes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality care.
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
- Background check clearance.
