Job Description

As a Caregiver for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, you will play a vital role in helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and strategies to individuals to help them thrive in their community.
- Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Support participants in achieving developmental goals and everyday activities.
- Assist with personal hygiene and address behavioral challenges with patience and empathy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; willingness to take competency test if required.
- Prior experience of six months preferred.
- Being 18 years or older for non-driving roles; 21 years, a valid driver's license, and clear MVR for driving roles.
